What is your appointment policy?
We ask that you give us a 48 hour notice to cancel or change your appointment. To protect our detailer's time and schedule, we require a 20% deposit for all interior, exterior, and package bookings. We require a 50% deposit for paint correct and ceramic coating bookings. These deposits are refundable if you cancel prior to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, and non-refundable within 48 hours of your appointment.
Do I need to remove personal belongings from my vehicle?
The more personal belongings you can remove from your vehicle prior to your detail, the better! If items are left in your vehicle, they will be returned to you in a plastic bag.
Do you offer mobile detailing?
All of our details are completed at our brick and mortar garage in Cottonwood Heights where we can provide consistent results, while you get the benefit of complimentary concierge service, meaning we pick up and drop off your car! We are licensed and insured to drive your vehicle.
Do I need a consultation before booking an appointment?
While it’s not mandatory to have a consultation, we strongly recommend allowing us to come see your vehicle ahead of your appointment to best assess your needs and provide accurate pricing. You are also welcome to text us photos or we can do a FaceTime call.
